This event is to celebrate and support our local women entrepreneurs. It will be a great end to
“Women In Business” month and is sponsored and organized by the Association of Women
Entrepreneurs of Topeka (AWE).

  • We are planning on 12-15 unique vendors including a mix of service, retail, direct sales, crafting
  • and more.
  • Drinks and snacks will be available for visitors and vendors.

Vendor Fees Include:

  • 6’ Table space (2’x6’) – $35 Members/$60 Non-Members
  • 3’ Shared table space (2’x3’) $20/$50 Non-Members
  • Swag Bag (Free for booth vendors / $5 for bag placement only)
  • First 50 customers will receive. You must supply your own handouts by October
  • Table Provided
  • Electricity – Limited availability and must be requested prior to event
  • Wi-Fi is available

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • 1. This event will be held at The Entrepreneur Community (3416 SW 6 th )
  • 2. Payment is non-refundable and must be received in order to hold vendor space.
  • 3. If for some reason you are unable to attend the event, you may find someone to take your spot but must
  • be approved by the AWE board.
  • 4. The Entrepreneur Community will not be responsible and cannot be held liable for theft or accidents.
  • Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless TEC and AWE from any and all claims, causes of actions,
  • suits, damages, injuries and losses to any person or goods arising out of or connected with the event.
  • 5. Vendor agrees to abide by all applicable laws, ordinances and regulations pertaining to health, fire
  • prevention, public safety, business licenses and sales tax permits.
  • 6. Vendor is responsible for any damage they or their product causes to the Entrepreneur space during this
  • event.
  • 7. Special requests will try to be accommodated an extra charges will be passed to the vendor if applicable.
  • 8. Only one business or direct sales company per vendor will be allowed at this event-if your wish to
  • represent 2, you will need to purchase a second space.
  • 9. Vendors may be asked to leave the event if behavior is not compliant with the guidelines stated in this
  • contract.
  • 10. Vendors can and are encouraged to post on the Facebook event often leading up to the event to show off
  • your products/services/specials. We will post on your behalf as well, however, the more people that are
  • interacting, the more feeds our event shows up in.
  • 11. Vendors are encouraged to invite at least 20 people to this event or post in 2 different groups to help with
  • advertising efforts.
